SPONSORS: The sponsors of this promotion are Univision 23/ WLTV with main offices located at 9405 NW 41 St. Miami Fl, 33178 and The Fair with main offices located at 10901 SW 24 St • Miami, FL 33165 2. PRIZES; CHANCES OF WINNING:One (1) winner will receive a 5-Speed Manual 2010 Jetta Sedan 2.5 L Ltd Edition and a set of mats valued at approximately nineteen thousand two hundred and seventy dollars ($19,270.00). Incentives and rebates do not apply, nor any special orders. The prize must be claimed at Esserman International located at 10455 NW 12 Street, Miami Florida 33178. The possibilities of winning depend on the number of participants that have scored a goal during the participation period: Monday – Friday between 3pm and 5pm - beginning on Monday, March 29th of 2010 and ending on Friday, April 9th of 2010. The winner cannot substitute the prize for an equivalent in/to cash dollars. Within discretion, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute any/or all prizes with any item or service of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferrable to any other individual by the winner. 3. HOT TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, participants must visit The Fair Monday through Friday between 3pm and 5pm beginning Monday, March 29th, 2010 through Friday, April 9th, 2010 and attempt to score a goal in the designated participating area for the “Score a Goal” Promotion. Each participant must provide their name, address, email address (if applicable), and phone number, as well as any additional information that might be necessary/requested. The sponsor can use the provided information to offer the participants additional information regarding offers of other products and/or services. The participation forms that are typed, incomplete, unreadable, or erroneously filled-out will be automatically null. Only one participating form per participant/individual is permitted. 4. ELEGIBILITY: This promotion is open to all legal residents of the State of Florida of at least 18 years of age and that have a valid driver’s liscense, valid car insurance, and a valid U.S. Social Security number. Any participant who qualifies to any of the following categories will not be able to participate nor win a prize: (a) individuals/participants who beginning on/or prior to March 28th, 2010 will be/or have been employed/agents of any of the Sponsors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies of service, or independent contractors of the above mentioned organizations; (b) individuals/participants who are/might be envolved with the development, production, distribution of materials, and/or selection of the winner of this promotion; (c) individuals/participants that form immediate family/relatives, or/and live in the same address/home of any of the individuals/participants included/mentioned in any of the categories above; (d) individuals/participants that have won a prize/promotion from any of the participating sponsors in the past thirty (30) days. 5. SELECTION: The winner will be cosen at random amongst all participants that were successful at Scoring a Goal from Monday – Friday between 3pm and 5pm, between Monday, March 29th of 2010 and Friday, April 9th of 2010. The winner will be revealed during Noticias 23 – Univision 23’s Local Newscast at 11pm on Sunday, April 11th, 2010. The decision on the winner will be final in all aspects. In case the winner results to be not elegible, it will be considered as if such individual/winner has rejected the prize, and the Sponsor will select a new finalist/winner, whichever applies. 6. CALENDAR: The period of registration begins on Monday, March 29th, 2010 and will en don Friday, April 9th, 2010. All participation forms must be received before 5pm on Friday, April 9th, 2010. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at 5pm on Friday, March 9th, 2010 on The Fair grounds located at 10901 SW 24 street • Miami, FL 33165. 7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify and/or end this promotion if fraud exists, technical failures, or any other plausible factor above/beyond reasonable control by the sponsor that may affect the integrity of the promotion, which will be determined solely at the discretion of the sponsor himself. The same way, within the sponsor’ discretion, and individual/participant can be disqualified who is considered to have intentionally violated any of these official promotion rules or any element within the regulations of this promotions. At the moment of participation, all individuals/participants must agree to the following: (a) to abide by the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions made by the person(s) who will be in charge of choosing the winner and (b) to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, stations, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including the advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability with respect to the acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the prizes or participation in the draw/promotion. In addition, all prize winners must sign a separate release form. The winner must agree in allowing the sponsor to make use of his name, address, city, state, picture, voice, video or any additional data or similar information with the purpose of advertising without any additional compensation. 8. TAXES AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES: Taxes (federal, state, and local) and fees (vehicle registration, fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, inspections, title and license) and any other related fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Such winner, may also be required to prepare tax forms. 9. Miami, Florida 33178. 11. GOVERNING LAW: These Official Rules are subject to the laws of the State of Florida, ignoring the principles of conflict of laws. The winner must comply with all applicable state laws relating to possession of the prize.
